After completing achievements and achievements on Xbox One, you can claim rewards and increase your gamerscore. To successfully unlock achievements and challenges, you need to make sure the following are true:
You have completed all the necessary elements to achieve your achievements.
Note You may need to unlock achievement combinations.
Your console must be connected to Xbox Live. You can’t take your Xbox One console offline to complete achievements and unlock achievements.
Challenges must be completed within a set amount of time. You have weeks, months, or hours to complete the challenge. If you don’t complete it within the given time, you won’t be able to get rewards.
Completed achievements pending confirmation on Xbox Live will be marked as “Completed! Unlocking”. This means that your achievements will be processed in the order they are sent to the Xbox Live service and may take some time to verify.
If you meet the requirements to complete an achievement or challenge, but you don’t see the “Toast” icon or your achievement is not listed, try the solutions below.
Solutions 1–
If the completed achievements do not appear online after 72 hours, your console may not have been connected to Xbox Live. If you complete an achievement or challenge while offline, you won’t receive any related notifications or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live. After connecting to Xbox Live, try to unlock the achievements again.
Solution 2–
Check the Xbox Live service status. If you see any alerts, wait until the service is up and running and then try again.

Solutions 3–
Check your progress achievement on your console-
When you unlock achievements, you may not see notifications or updated gamer scores right away. The Xbox Live service validates your achievements, so there may be some delays.
If your gamerscore hasn’t been updated online, make sure it’s updated locally on your Xbox One console. After updating your gamerscore on your console, make sure the changes are synced from Xbox Live.
To view achievements in the console:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Achievements> View All Achievements.
Select the game you unlocked achievements, then view the list of unlocked achievements.
If you’ve completed the requirements for unlocking achievements on your console but don’t see it, it may not sync with Xbox Live. It can take up to 72 hours for this synchronization to occur.
Solution 4–
Check your progress achievement online
You can check the progress of your achievements online to make sure your console is synced with Xbox Live.
To view achievements online:
Log in to xbox.com.
Select the profile icon in the upper right corner, then select your profile.
Choose achievement.
Choose the title of the achievement you want to unlock.
If you see an achievement under Achievements, it’s already unlocked.
If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements”, then the achievement has not been successfully unlocked or the console has not yet synced with Xbox Live. It can take up to 72 hours for this synchronization to occur. If it doesn’t appear after 72 hours, try to unlock the achievement again.
Solution 5–
When you restart your console, all achievements waiting to sync on your console will be transferred back to Xbox Live.
Open Power Center by pressing and holding the Xbox button in the center of the Xbox One controller.
Choose Restart Console.
Choose Restart.
After restarting the console, it can take up to 72 hours for synchronization to occur.
