You may try the following solutions in order, to possibly fix the issue
Solution 1: Power cycle your console
1. Press the Xbox button on the console for 10-15 seconds. The console will shut down.
2. Unplug the power supply from the back of the console
3. Wait for 5 minutes
4. Plug the power supply back in and turn on the console
If the problem still persists, please try this instead
Solution 2: Try removing or deleting your account first
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Sign in.
Select Add & manage.
Select Add new.
Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.
Reboot your console
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Under Account, select Restart console.
if the problem still persists, proceed to the next solution
Solution 3: Try to do a soft factory reset on your console, it may fix the issue
