You can’t download or update the game from the Xbox app or store.

For XBOX CONSOLES:

Make sure that you have stable internet, as if there will be sudden net loss, the update or download will be interrupted on which will result to corrupt data.

Try each methods below and check if it fixed the issue, if not, you can proceed to the next one.

FIRST,
Clear Mac Address
Clearing your Mac Address could also be a solution to your problem as well.
To do this head into Xbox Settings >> Network >> Network Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC Address >> Clear

SECOND,
FACTORY RESET
1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Go to > Settings
3. All Settings
4. System
5. Console info & updates
6. Reset console
7. Keep Games and Apps

THIRD,
Uninstall or delete the current game files and do a fresh installation from your games and apps section or directly from Microsoft store.

FOR WINDOWS PC:

FIRST,
Check if you have the latest operating system installed.
Press on Windows Key >> Settings >> Update and Security.
Download the latest update in there.

SECOND,
Uninstall Xbox App & Microsoft Store.

1.Open the Windows 10 Search Bar, and type in PowerShell.
2.Right-click the PowerShell app and click “Run as administrator”.
3.Type the following command and press the Enter key:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage

4.Wait until the process is finished. It should only take a few seconds to run.
5.Type exit and press the Enter key to exit PowerShell.


Once done, RESTART your PC.
And log-in back on both app and check the game.
